Frequently asked
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. We import the suit ourselves and cover freight, duties and import VAT. You only pay our price.
How long does a commission take?
It depends on the maker and the scope. You’ll get a realistic estimate with your quote — and you’ll see regular progress during the build.
How do I pay?
In three instalments of one third each: on order, on design approval and before shipping from China. You only pay the last one after seeing your finished suit in photos.
Can I cancel?
Commissions are custom-made, so the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Our terms explain transparently how cancellations work.
What if something breaks?
You get two years of statutory warranty from us as a German retailer. We take care of it — you don’t have to deal with a maker in China.
Who builds my suit?
A maker from our network whom we name openly. We translate, coordinate and inspect — the maker does what they do best.
